LUIGI CROCE

 Luigi Croce is adjunct Professor of Architectural Composition at the University of Udine, Italy, where he teaches at the 1st year Studio, and at the University IUAV of Venice at the summer workshops for graduated students. His chief interest alongside research on Tall Buildings is Mediterranean Architecture.

He graduated in Architectural Composition at the IUAV in 1986 and was Visiting Associate at the School of Architecture of the University of Cambridge (UK) the following year and in 1993. He then started his professional career as well as his teaching activity at the Centro Internazionale Studi Architettura Andrea Palladio (CISA) and at the IUAV, first as  tutor then as contract professor, and more recently at the University of Udine, Faculty of Enginering.

He is currently responsible for the IIT-IUAV agreement on research and teaching.

He is principal at Studio Architetti Croce (www.architetticroce.it)  and his professional activity includes a wide range of building typologies, from residential to commercial, with a special focus on restoration of antique palaces.
